Easy Peasy Manifesting

A Very Simple Manifesting FormulaSometimes we make this manifesting stuff harder and more complicated than it really is.

Here’s a simple LOA formula for manifesting whatever you want – reliably and swiftly.

It works whether you’re playing with a big desire you’ve had a while or a brand new easy peasy project. And it works whether you’re an LOA newbie or a seasoned manifesting pro.

You’ll love these three easy steps:

1. Know what you want.
Maybe it’s a sold out speaking event, a super hot date, a debt free balance sheet. Whatever you want, hold it in mind as if it’s a done deal.

(It helps me to remember that everything that could happen is happening, so this isn’t a far fetched idea – it’s already exists on some level. All I gotta do is tune in.)

2. Identify that frequency.
Once you’re tuned in to the done deal version of your desire, ask yourself what it feels like to have it. What’s the vibration of this achievement? Satisfaction, delight, enjoyment, relief?

Maybe it’s rockin’ it, a big “woo hoo,” or a huge sigh of relief. Whatever it is, pinpoint the energetic feeling of it.

3. Feel that way now.
Last but not least, activate that vibration now. Find a way to dial in on that frequency in this present moment, so you’re flowing that vibe now.

You could do that by just imagining your desired end result so thoroughly that you’re feeling it fully. Or remember times you’ve felt that way before, orย notice other things that make you feel that way.

And that’s it – your work is done.

Revisit as necessary, but don’t overdo it because a light touch goes a long way.

Here’s a quick example of what this could look like in action:

Goal: Successful job interview.

Frequency: What does it feel like to get a great offer from an ideal employer? Maybe it’s Validation. Or Relief. Maybe Triumph is in there, too.

Activate: Let’s go with Validation as the frequency to match. What does validation feel like? You know this one –ย like when that one family member who always challenges your opinion admits you got it right this time. Or when you surprised everyone and aced that one particular class in school. You might activate some Relief and Triumph as well just for fun.

Are you feelin’ it? Good. Then you also know what it feels like to be a great company’s first choice as a new hire. They’re delighted with you and can’t wait to have you on their team. It is a sweet spot to be in.

Then go about your business of enjoying life as best you can, and let Universe do the heavy lifting. If it needs you for anything, you’ll feel its tap on your shoulder through some sort of inspiration or inner nudge.

Don’t be attached to results, because you have faith in the system. It’ll find a way to deliver you the goods – or something even better – when you engage this process.

You’ll prove yourself a manifesting pro with this simple formula:ย what do you want, what does that feel like, feel that way now. Easy peasy manifesting!

  1. “Sometimes we make this manifesting stuff harder and more complicated than it really is.”

    SOMETIMES!?!?!?

    LOLOLOLOL!!

    Not any more!

Goal: All intentional manifestation is easy-peasy.

Frequency: What does it feel like to experience all intentional manifestation as easy, simple, and obvious? Relief, of course. Awe. Juicy delight.

Activate: Well the relief is simple. It’s as straightforward as just breathing in and breathing out. It just feels better. Right now.

The simple has a vibrational tone that I really like. I can easily understand and apply what I know about having what I want. That’s an amplification of the simple tone. It feels like that old feeling of looking at a puzzle and saying, “Oh yeah. I got this.” But instead of taking a long time to get there, this is where I start.

Awe. Well that’s the best. It feels like observing something from a bit of a distance and really getting how it all works just right. Noticing how all the moving parts are working in alignment with each other. It also feels like seeing an unfolding story that is obviously getting better and better. That really is AWEsome!

Juicy delight. Oh yeah! For me this isn’t fist-pumping and high-fiving (as Cam said on Modern Family, gays don’t high-five. He was right.). It’s the delicious opposite of seething anger. Oh it bubbles and it churns. Kind of like apple cider on the stove with a nice bit of cinnamon. It bubbles and it churns and it’s juicy. It also feels like standing under a peach tree and nakedly biting into a ripe peach that you just picked off the limb above. You got totally covered in peach juice and what could really be better than that?

  3. Frank, I’m laughing out loud reading your post!

And I’m delighted to tune into your vibration of juicy delight. In fact, it’s giving me goosebumps.

Thanks for that little buzz this afternoon – I’m loving it! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Jen C. says:

Just tested out your theory–as I sit in a Dunkin Donuts and it’s 58 degrees outside, the air conditioner is on in here. So, I envisioned them receiving my request for warmth with kindness, and asked them to turn off the AC. They nicely turned it off. I think I’m going to keep at it for all the things I want.

  5. Nicely done, JEN!!

Thanks for the report from the field!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. I’ll be staying at the W on the beach here in Fort Lauderdale starting on Sunday and just used your process for the manifestation. I modified it a bit to account for my heavily sensory-driven method of manifesting.

Goal: Sunday through Tuesday night at the W in Fort Lauderdale.

    Frequency: Smooth. Relief. Rich. Easy.

Physical qualities: Sound of the ocean surf outside the balcony door. Sunrise each morning right into the room. Cedar smell of body soap in the shower. Giving out tips everywhere. So comfortable as I lay down in the bed and put my head to the pillow. Humid breezes blowing through billowing shears.

Combine: As I’m sitting at the desk and surfing the web, I can feel the smoothness of the humid ocean breezes blowing through the room. I can hear the soft sound of the ocean waves down below. My favorite Tiki tunes are playing on the sound system and I can hear those wonderful xylophones playing just at the right level. As I lay down at night, I feel the comfort of stretching out in the soft bed and love the feeling of putting my head on the perfect pillow. The balcony doors are still open to the night breezes and the shears billow in and out constantly. I wake to the brightening sky and walk out to the balcony to watch the sun rise over the ocean. As I’m taking a shower the wonderful scent of cedar and lemon soap fills the air. I breathe it in and really relax into the fragrance. I’m thinking about the check-in process and how very, very easy it was. It’s always so wonderful to check in to this hotel. It’s a brand new day and the way is made clear for just about everything I want to happen here. I feel very, very rich as I give out tips for wonderful service to the desk agent, the bellman, the valet, and the housekeeper.

  7. Oooh Jeannette, this is just so yummy + simple + DOable,
and Frank, you totally took it up a dozen notches.

And I lurve this bit … ” If it (Universe) needs you for anything, youโ€™ll feel its tap on your shoulder through some sort of inspiration or inner nudge.”

    Scrumptiously easy.

  8. Oh Frank, Jacqui’s right. That was rich and delicious!

(Watch all of us have some elements of your lovely activation manifest in our lives. lol)

And yes, Jacqui, that’s an important part for us to remember – to only do what we feel called to or excited about. It’s so easy to fall back on “making it happen” through conventional action, but if we aren’t feeling joy for it, it’s not taking us where we want to go. When we dare to answer Universe’s call (through inspired action), success abounds!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !!!!!!

I am a new bee on this site and this is my first comment and I am just crazy in love with every post make on this site JM – and this one “easy pease manifestation” I think I “manifested” it because after having read your post about 7 LOA tips on how to manifest a job (from 23 February 2013) last weekend, I think, I was like pulling my hair off about where to start, how to structure all the GREAT GREAT GREAT tips of that post and make a mini, easily understood and accessible guide with some effective steps to follow and just now – a week later – I read this post of yours !!!!! IT IS SO AMAZING and EVERYTHING I need in regard to topic, easiness, understandable, accessible and steps. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH for this.

The latest questions I have been asking myself lately – since the 23 February 2013 post – is for how long should I be doing this manifestation-on-a-specific-topic-exercise โ€ฆEVEN this have you answered in your post. I AM JUST SO THRILLED about how MAGICAL this feels to have been granted a wish by the Universe through you.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU both of you <3

    Much love, Lotus.

  10. Lotus says:

Hey, I just got tipped off to this resource (as a comment by Namaste Faustino on the GVU facebook page):

    http://iasos.com/metaphys/elan/

Here’s an excerpt that fit one of my comments in this post:

Since you are actually an infinite being experiencing the “finiteness” of Time/Space, all the possible scenarios or “versions” of how your life “could” actually be all already exist! Each of them is a hologram, which you can think of as a “probable reality” or a “possible reality”. They all co-exist right Here right Now!

  12. Sam Curtis says:

Thanks for such an inspiring Sunday morning post (well, it’s Sunday here!) I think we need to remember to pare it down more often. Deliberate creating can get overly complicated and of course then we are sending out those vibes to Universe. Over the last couple days I have been having fun with this with my 7 yr old daughter. We have ‘magicked’ up a tray of chocolate chip cookies and a blue cat almost instantly – and maybe that’s the power of two minds – but in each instance I myself was able to focus on those random items here and there, let them go, have lots of fun on my High Flying Disc (I have been listening to Abe!) and then BAM: they appeared. It’s so much fun and I really believe the manifesting of these little wouldn’t-it-be-nice items can teach us so much when it comes to the bigger things we want. So off I go to employ this much more relaxed technique ๐Ÿ˜‰

It has to be said again though I Just LOVE this site! Such a wonderful community of peeps, so much wisdom, love and laughter. Thank you all!

  13. Sam, that’s so fun to hear about the manifesting fun you’re having with your daughter!

I’m playing a similar game at GVU this month … I called it ManifestPalooza because I just wanted to create a bunch of fun things over and over to remind myself how it works and how good I am at it. I love the cookies and the blue cat!

I think you’re right about the power of two minds. So fun that you get to engage that with your daughter.

Thanks for posting today, Sam! ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. Tricia says:

I did this yesterday. The skies were clear and I wanted rain, so I told my son and husband it was going to rain, it did almost at the moment. We were in the car, and it stopped, and I said, oh do not worry it is going to rain again, and sure enough within moments it did ๐Ÿ™‚

When I was little I had a firm belief I controlled the weather because it always happened this way, so I just thought I would play with it again.

I am also a pro and manifesting small things, I think I told you about the scissors before. If it is something that involves others (even no specific others) like “someone will buy an illustration I have created”, I am not a interoffice yet, but soon. Maybe I will get good at that today!

  15. Aloha says:

    HIGH VIBE EVERYONE!!
(that is my new version of high five)

FAN FREAKN TASTIC post Jeannette, I do believe it is my fave so far AND exactly the info I asked for, of course it is ๐Ÿ™‚

  16. Tricia, I like your style!! That confidence feels FABULOUS!!!

And Aloha, glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for chiming in to say so.
    ๐Ÿ™‚

  17. jen says:

Step 4: Not giving a rip if you actually “have” it; and I don’t mean this as a step you do. It’s more something that just happens.

  18. Amen to that, Jen! Very well said.

I think many manifestors have experienced the power of that, too, when they effortlessly attract something “little” that they don’t really care too much about. It’s a huge point of power!

  19. Hey Jeanette,

This is first my commment, because what you said really resonated with my newfound love of the Law of Attraction. Additionally, what Frank said really shored it up for me.

My dominant intention for manifesting now (and maybe forever) is for it to be easy. So many times I’ve confused the word easy with “boring.” More recently, I’ve understood that it actually means, “containing ease.” It’s approaching life from the totally crazy notion that great things don’t need to be hard to manifest. That’s why we love the law of attraction in the first place!

So, intending first and foremost an easy process of manifestation is what it’s all about. That allows you to be stable in the offering of other juicier vibrations. How much easier is it to intend something to be playful when you already feel easy about it? How much easier is it to go from 30mph (a nice easy driving speed) to 60mph (now we’re having some fun) than from 0mph (stopped on the side of the road) to 60mph?

Why would it be any other way? I think it’s because when law of attraction comes into our lives, we assume that it, like the other struggle we’ve manifested, must be overcome through complex rules and formulas. Really, like Abraham says, the easier it gets the easier it gets.

I’ve been trying to get the law of attraction to “work” for a while now, and in the last 2 months I’ve smoothed out my life immensely by simply intending ease first. That isn’t to say that I stay there, but it’s a great starting place. It’s much better than “I hope this works,” or, “This things I really want is pretty close and I just have to force myself to feel really good about it to get it, right?”

I like when you say, “Revisit as necessary, but donโ€™t overdo it because a light touch goes a long way.” It’s an example of the ease approach, but how do you know when/how long it’s necessary to revisit something?

  20. You’re right, Chris – easy is a great starting place! I think you’re also right about how often and how naturally we tend to complicate things.

You’re asking a great question about how to know when it’s time to put some more energy/effort into our alignment.

Here’s the way I practice it, but others may use a different approach. Much like you, I start the day by tuning into the frequency of what I want. Then I let it go … until I notice if I’ve gotten dialed off of it. That’s my cue to plug back in.

For example: I’ve been tuning into the vibration of Success each morning (in association with business goals). I don’t think about it again during the day … until I notice that I’m vibrating struggle or worry or fear. That’s my cue to shake that off and tune back into Success. Obviously I can only do that when I’m aware of what I’m feeling … so awareness helps a lot here.

But even if I only did it once a day as I start the day, I figure that’s a pretty good habit. Even a little bit of alignment goes a long way.
    ๐Ÿ™‚

  21. Hey Jeanette,

I really like that simple approach (and of course it’s simple) of tuning into the frequency that you want and then letting it go – only tuning in again once you know you’re not there anymore.

Ever driven in Arizona? There are bumps on the side of the road that let you know if you get too close to the edge. They are really jarring if you – for example – drive while too tired and list off to to the side. (Not that I’ve done that…) It’s almost like worry and struggle are your bumps on the side of the road.

In thinking about what you said, I think I’ve been worrying too much about staying on that same frequency all day and vigilantly noticing when I feel the least bit off, when it’s against the natural law of contrast for me to stay in one vibration in the first place. Perhaps I could let go in a more habitual way? Maybe if I cast my arms forward and said something like, “My work is done – time to let it go!” so then my brain knows to not get so obsessed with maintaining the vibration? I’m sort of typing out loud here, but I really enjoy having a forum to bounce thoughts around.

I know this is all fine tuning, but I find that the more consistently I do the manifestation practice, the more aware I become of the vibrations of doubt and worry in their early subtle stages. Yeah, I think I’m becoming a bit of an alignment snob.

  22. Ooh, I like the idea of using a physical demonstration of sorts to aid the letting go, Chris!

And yay for experiencing enhanced awareness and I LOVE that you’re becoming an alignment snob!! lol

That’s wonderful – time for us to get picky about how we feel!

    Thanks for posting, Chris. ๐Ÿ™‚
