It’s Not About the Tea

July 29, 2015 | 17 Comments »

Weight Loss with Law of AttractionThe other day someone asked how I’d managed to lose 20 pounds.

She was guessing the number, because all I know is I’ve gone from Beautiful to Cute to Ravishing past Hot on the Yay scale. If anyone knows how much that is, don’t tell me – I like living beyond the numbers!

I gave her the answer she was expecting, although it wasn’t an accurate or helpful one …

I told her what I’d been doing differently.

Conscious creators know how misleading that is – to attribute the change to actions only and not acknowledge the role of the vibrational shift.

The helpful and more accurate response to her question would have been to tell her how I’ve been feeling differently.

Because that’s where our entire reality comes from – our vibration.

It was factual to say that I’d begun drinking a daily detox tea. That was true.

But that’s not what any weight loss was a result of.

This weight loss began with finding the vibration of body love. Making that the norm rather than the exception for how I felt about myself. And then just following inspiration. Which led to Doc of Detox’s daily tea.

If I drank that tea with my old vibration in place, I doubt it would have any effect. Because it’s not actions that matter most – it’s the vibration.

Someone else could do the very same things and get a very different result.

As she found out when she started drinking the same daily detox tea. She got the opposite results, if you can believe it.

Conscious creators wouldn’t be surprised by that because we know everything arises from the vibration. A new vibration may inspire us to new actions, but it is inaccurate to attribute change solely to those actions.

The same action can lead to very different results for people flowing different vibrations.

Which is why this post isn’t about the most amazing detox tea I’ve ever found.

This post is a reminder that the vibration is what matters. Once we tune into the frequency of what we want, we’ll be inspired to take any actions that support that result.

That’s what we’re doing at Body Love Lab right now, but anyone who wants a hand in tuning into a new vibration can find one for a variety of dreams or desires in our Vibration Activation series. (Here’s the weight loss, healthy body, feelin’ sexy and the good news from the doc scripts.)

In the meantime, my next job is to drop my limiting beliefs about what I think muggles can hear and not hear. !!

I keep wanting to tell people, “This tea is AMAZING!” But what’s amazing is my VIBRATION. And it brought me this amazing tea!!

I wish it was as simple as telling everyone to try this tea. But really, it’s more like you’ve got to try this vibration! 🙂

      Jeannette,

I love this post! Would you mind sharing the AMAZING tea recipe? Even though I know it’s not about the tea 😉

      • Jeannette says:

Happy to, my friend! In fact, I know that Universe uses opportunities like this all the time to deliver inspiration to aligned folks, so maybe some of you will recognize this as such:

I will add that I heard this guy interviewed in the Truth About Cancer series, and it was his comments about keeping the gut in good shape to bolster the immune system that got my attention. It wasn’t until I was placing my second order that I saw the comments about weight loss benefits. 🙂

    Jeannette,

I saw the picture on Facebook and knew what you were going to be talking about. I have been drawn to a tea too but have not purchased it yet. The second I saw your picture I knew you were going to talk about the tea. What an amazing body love vibration!! You have got it woman!!

  3. Brian says:

Just as someone would look at your physical actions and not the emotions you were feeling, they did not care as much about the physical results but rather the emotional. Everything is emotionally based, yet no one’s focus is on that.

Someone who asks you how did you lose weight, is not all that interested that your physical form appears differently. What they are interested in, is how did you lose weight so that you could become happy and feel beautiful.

Now, if you can show them that you felt happy and beautiful, before you lost the weight, then that can help them understand what they want to really lose is their resistance, and feel good and appreciate their body and beauty just the way they are.

First and foremost, people don’t want to be thin, they want to be happy. And, you can be the biggest cow in the world, and still be happy and feel beautiful. It just requires a little bit of focus. Your physical status does not need to determine your emotional, or vibrational, status. And as you know, it’s actually the other way around.

“If I drank that tea with my old vibration in place, I doubt it would have any effect.”

Or the opposite effect. Because, if you were drinking tea, not for enjoyment but to lose weight, then you would most likely drink tea that did not taste good and/or satisfy you. If you did it only for physical results, you would eventually begin to resent having to drink the tea. And that resentment, or resistance, could, ironically, make you gain weight.

”… my next job is to drop my limiting beliefs about what I think muggles can hear and not hear.”

I like what Abraham said. Esther felt inspired to say something that she just blurted it out to someone (maybe a friend). And then she wondered, “Should I have said that? Are they ready to hear it?” And Abraham told her, “You didn’t feel inspired to say it because they were ready to hear it. You said it because you were ready to say it!”

It doesn’t matter if someone is ready or not to hear it, because as long as you are ready to say it, that’s all that really matters. Those who can hear it, will hear it. Those who aren’t ready yet, won’t.

But don’t let their readiness to receive factor in to your readiness to give.

I love this Brian thank you for sharing the uplifting words. I love Abe, Esther and Jerry. I need to make some digi art with these words 🙂

  4. Jeannette says:

That is true, Brian – that sometimes it has the OPPOSITE desired effect if our vibe is way out of whack.

I feel that way about broccoli – I don’t care how healthy it’s supposed to be, if I don’t enjoy it, it’s not good for me.

And wow, I had not heard that from Abe!! How cool is that?! It really IS all about me, isn’t it? lol

Thanks for chiming in on this one, Brian! Much appreciated. 🙂

    Hi Jeannette,
This is a good story. I agree that some actions may be of great benefit to one person, yet not so good for another (even if they are both in a similar vibrational place.) different things for different people. I’ve also had experiences with being led to the right information, skincare products, kitchen tools, and more as solutions and answers to my asking. They tend to find me out of the blue, or when I am just going about not really looking for anything specific.

    • Jeannette says:

I know exactly what you mean about how the answers tend to find you when you’re not really looking for them. Such a helpful thing to remember! 🙂

  6. Jamie says:

Thank you Jeannette! About a week ago I felt inspiration to try and start replacing my regular pop “needs” with iced tea, but I was wanting a new flavor. I even went so far as feeling inspiration to create a new topic on the forum asking if anyone had a tea that they just LOVED as is, with no sweetner. I second guessed myself and chose not to post the question. Then, I was listening I think to your Body Love Lab recording and wouldn’t you know, you brought up a tea you had been drinking! I was thinking- BINGO! Answer to my question. But then you also mentioned your disclaimer (as included in the above article) and of course, again I was shy and decided, no I won’t ask. Last night I was inspired again to email you. I log on to GVU and switched over to the blog to see this post! Haha Can I claim that I manifested you telling us the type of tea? 🙂 🙂

Thanks for sharing the story, the learning moment as well as the name of your tea 🙂

  7. Kathy Joyce says:

This is so true. I believe if you’re in the right level of vibration for whatever it is you want somehow you’ll be guided in the right direction, or you’ll attract people or opportunities to help you get there.

  8. Sasa says:

I believe that tea helped to loose weight, but not because of just drinking it. It was yerba mate. It boosted my energy levels so I was more productive. Before I was always doubing to go for a run or not, and then I didn;t, but after trying Yerba mate, it seems, there so more dilema on doing it 🙂
