Women Who Changed My Life (& Will Yours)

October 24, 2012 | 21 Comments »

As we’re getting to the exciting parts of 2012 (and some of us are on a bumpier road than expected), we can use all the help and support we can get!

Which is why I’m putting a spotlight of appreciation on the women who changed my life and can do the same for you, too:

Lisa Marie HayesLisa Marie Hayes
I truly believe you’ll never feel as supported or loved as you do when Lisa Hayes is in your corner.

Everyone deserves the experience of her wisdom and guidance.  She’s wicked smart, seeing crucial things the rest of us mere mortals miss.  She knows love better than most, and you will feel it in her presence.  She also tells it like it is, which she delivers with compassion, hope and a practical plan.  She’s a Goddess, a Genius, a Game Changer, and a true Giver.  My life wouldn’t be nearly as functional or satisfying without her input as a girlfriend, business partner and coach.

You can plug in to her at her radio show, her most excellent blog, her Charismatic Woman group ( just $25/year) or for private coaching.

Lanaiya KingLanaiya King
Lanaiya’s skills are difficult to describe because there’s literally nothing else like it.  While she’s well-trained in a variety of disciplines, Lanaiya King’s mystical healing gifts were delivered in a way where you don’t get a certificate or title afterward.  (Ask her the story!)

I came to her years ago as a shy, reticent, withdrawn girl and left as an expanded, vibrant, exuberant lover of life.  That is not an exaggeration, and she did it while I was skeptical of her work.  She liberated me from past  experiences I wasn’t even conscious of, and I literally walked out of there a different person, with a deeper understanding and appreciation for who I really am.  She did this for me again just a few weeks ago when I’d gotten seriously off track from my feel good way of living.  She’s the real deal, and is a life saver to me.

You will find Lanaiya online at Higher Awakening, and can benefit from her transformational energy sessions ($125) by telephone or in person.

Jeanna GabelliniJeanna Gabellini
I wouldn’t be living my dream life today if it weren’t for Jeanna Gabellini.

Not only did she make me believe in my big dream of being a successful thriving coach, but she showed me my first real life example of someone who walked the LOA talk.  My whole world expanded when I met Jeanna and I saw for myself just how this deliberate creation stuff works in real life.  Plus, she’s the first coach I met who made me understand what powerful coaching really was.  On top of that she’s exactly my style – funny, irreverent, BIG, enthusiastic – Jeanna’s flowing the good stuff.   I wouldn’t be where I am today without her.

You can catch up with Jeanna at Master Peace Coaching where she offers a variety of products and services to get you lined up with your dream come true.

Kim FalconerKim Falconer
If I couldn’t be me, I want to be Kim Falconer.  They don’t come any smarter, cooler or more potent than Kim.  She transcends worlds.   Magic is in her DNA.  She sees things the rest of us don’t.  She manifests things the rest of us don’t.  (I can’t tell those stories; sworn to secrecy.)  She is a powerful being, that one.  To learn the art of living through Kim Falconer is a true gift, indeed.

Whether it’s through her fantasy fiction, her astrology tips and readings, her monthly astrology calls at GVU, or her upcoming Treeon Temple offering, getting in Kim’s sphere will infuse your life with greater possibilities, practical mysticism, and true understanding of your creative power.  I’m a big fan.

Find Kim and all the amazing things she’s up to at Kim Falconer.

Michele WoodwardMichele Woodward
Many coaches already know Michele as our go-to girl when we run into trouble, and she shares those same gifts with the rest of the world when they’re stumped by life.   Michele has a gift for navigating challenges and tough spots, and does so in a way that is empowering, uplifting, and liberating.

She’s not only helped me through more than a few “wth?!” moments, but she shows up as a constant, steadying influence that helps me stay grounded, sure and on track. The world is a better place for having Michele Woodward in it.

Join up with Michele in her books, blog, or for private coaching sessions.

Esther HicksEsther Hicks
Esther’s willingness and ability to share Abraham with the world has definitely had a positive impact on me and how I live life.  Abraham-Hicks material is one of my staples for embracing my manifesting powers and for opening up to greater possibilities.

Most of you reading this probably already know Abe material, but for those who don’t, you can find it on YouTube, in bookstores, and on the Abe site.

You’ll also be happy to know about:

I know this doesn’t even scratch the surface of the amazing support available to us in the world right now, so please add your favorite life-changers in the comments.  Thank you!

Could you arrange a meeting of all of us? Just like Oprah does? It would not only be fun, but it would give me a chance to smooch each one of these women, and give a standing ovation to you – you who do so much for so many. xxoo

I can’t even begin to tell you how you have influenced MY life and how grateful I am for just having the privilege of knowing you and sharing insights, stories, laughs and of course, animal love! I’m sure creating this list was a first class ticket to the vortex for you!

Such a glorious gathering … having just got off a call with most of the luscious women mentioned here, this goddess can absolutely attest to their power, their love and their utter, undiluted brilliance.

Wow, I am so happy to have stumbled upon your blog yesterday, Jeannette! Perhaps it is the LOA at work considering I have definitely needed a “refresher” on getting back to the GOOD vibes. I am currently going through a break-up that I initiated, and while I feel really really good about my decision, I do know that this relationship (or “ex” relationship)was only the tip of the iceberg of things going on inside of me. To be brief, I am a 26-year-old based in Santa Monica, have been in a 4-year job that makes me miserable, have been dating someone for the past year who turned out not to be as nice as he initially was, relentlessly job searching, my friends don’t live near me and my family lives in Northern California…in short, I feel like I’ve been walking around totally dead inside for the past few years.

Well, this past Sunday I finally took a stand. I broke things off with the boyfriend, made a mental decision to put in my 2 weeks notice at work after Thanksgiving and have decided to move to Northern California in December. I feel positively refreshed, excited, eager, spry, youthful (I can go on and on) about this. I have been playing things safe for a while, and ignoring the voice inside that has been urging me to listen to myself. No, I do not have a job lined up yet, but I know that I will have one by the time I move there!

I came across your blog yesterday while Google searching “How to feel good again” (not sure if that helps your SEO, haha). Anyhow, reading your articles feels like coming home. You are a fantastic writer! :)

Beautiful! Your appreciation vibes are just leaping off the screen and influencing me in the same direction! Probably doesn’t hurt that I feel appreciation for all of these women anyway. ;)

The ones that I know, that is. But for those that I don’t know, if you’re on Jeannette’s list, you’re good people, too.

Speaking of life-changing women, Jeannette, you go right to the top of my list! :)

  13. Barbara Mali on October 25, 2012 at 3:48 am

Alyssa – you are an inspiration too! Go girl! I admire your courage and faith! It will be as you say!

Jeannette – you are the one who changed my life in big, big way! When I joined GVU – I felt as I came home and it still does! Such a support, genious and love from you and all members. And your The Art of Self Love – it was a light bulb and missing peace I was searching all those years…

And with joining GVU came so many other people who changed my life as well….Thank you all!

    Jeannette,

Thank you for the mention. SO much appreciated!! You have taught me
so much about the LOA and continue to fully inspire me. Your fur babies totally ROCK.

I am so honored and delighted to be on this very cool list of fabulous women!

Your presence J. has been an anchor and a treasure in my life. You have contributed immensely to my world, by your way of being, your inspirational example, your openness, your enthusiasm, your authenticity, your support and encouragement, your humor and so much more.

I’ve been blessed by lot of different life changing people in my life and it makes me so happy that you are in my top 3 and have been there consistently over the last 8 years! I so appreciate and love you!!! I also love how our relationship has evolved, I love that I knew you back before you even had your first blog, “LOA Playground”. One of your first blog posts was about how you thought you didn’t want to do it like everyone else and create a blog and boy aren’t we all glad you chose to align with it? So much magic co-created!

  17. Barbara on October 27, 2012 at 7:33 am

Beautiful! Just like you and all these women here! Thank you, thank you! YOU have changed my life, too! I feel honored to be on this list – so many here would be on my list, too. Love you all! Warmly, Barbara

Wow! What a celebration. Thank you for including me in this list of fabulous women, Jeannette. I know many of them and their amazing gifts and I am looking forward to getting to know the ones I don’t recognize yet! Love. Lots of Love.

  20. Zoe Routh on October 30, 2012 at 5:36 pm

And thank you lovely lady for being my most awesome coach over the last few years. You’ve been masterful at helping me maser mindset and focus – and having fun! Seriously, yo are like the ‘fun police’ for me – I am often asking, “what would Jeannette say to me right now about this!”

Thank you also for the shout out in the post :) I am honoured.

  21. Sylvia Nibley on November 24, 2012 at 4:50 pm

What an awesome celebration, Jeannette! There are so many kindred spirits in our world, I love knowing about more of them, even though I’ve been in a slightly different orbit. We are ALL so supported.
