25 Random Things – LOA Style

25I’ve been tagged a couple times now for this popular blog meme (thank you Iyabo & Ellie), which I’ve hesitated to respond to because I didn’t expect the topic would really interest readers or stimulate conversation.

But then I decided to change that expectation so I could participate and share link love with fellow bloggers!
So here are 25 random things about me – LOA style.  🙂
1. First book I ever read that introduced me to the law of attraction was How to Get Everything You Ever Wanted by Adrian Calabrese.
2. First manifesting project: getting a foster dog adopted.
3. That first success freaked me out so much I didn’t play with deliberate creation for an entire year.  (READ everything I could get my hands on about it, but didn’t actually practice it again for quite a while.)
4. Most challenging manifestation: involve animals I love dearly (attachment = resistance).
5. Easiest manifestations: new clients.  (I know that vibe better than the back of my hand!)
6. Manifesting skill I am most proud of: being able to change my story on a dime.  (Dismissing reality!)
7. Favorite topic to coach others on: Money!
8. Most unbelievable manifestations: Sadie returning to life.
9. Favorite deliberate creation resource: Ask and It Is Given.
10. Runner up to my favorite deliberate creation resource: Notes From The Universe
11. Three highest profile clients: hee hee – I can’t say, silly!
12. Favorite client ever: stumped on that one.  I love everyone!
13. A favorite LOA resource many might not recognize: Cesar Millan
14. Favorite old school LOA resources: Neville and Florence Scovel Shinn
15. Next manifesting project: my next mentor/guru.
16. What personal development skill I’m learning to stronger enhance manifesting abilities?  Meditation (fairly new to it)
17. What belief I would most like to opt out of: that duality is a fact of life.
18. What belief I would like to embrace even more: that bodies grow younger with time.
19. Most reliable method for allowing: remembering and reconnecting to (my version of) the big picture.
20. Who had the greatest impact on developing conscious creation skills?  Mentor Coach Jeanna Gabellini
21. If I could do anything, what would it be?  Already doing it – with clients, blog posts, ezines, articles, etc: sharing LOA knowledge!
22. Biggest manifesting handicap?  Still wanting love and approval from others.
23. What did I almost name my coaching practice? Lightworks Coaching
24. What would I have done if not vibration management coaching?  Professional dog walker
25. Who gives me my greatest gift of contrast?  People I am closest to.  Thank you, People.  🙂

What a great post, reading your 25 answers made me think about what I would answer and I like you I also have a weakness of waiting for approval from others, seems one of the most difficult to grasp at the moment:)

  • I really enjoyed this post! I accept the “tag” challenge. I’ve been off my computer for almost a week now with a crashed PC. One of my favorite clients has just about got me talked into a MacBook. Interesting I can purchase a 3 year warranty…funny my Dell PC had a 90 day warranty. When it died it was just over a year old. Okay…off to get some work done.
Really wonderful post. That’s the thing about this social networking stuff. You get a chance to know some truly amazing people. You are one AMAZING Gal, Jeannette!

  • I’ve received several emails along those same lines, Lola – I didn’t realize how many people DO recognize and appreciate Cesar’s energy work.
    Nice to know!

fascinating. I had a powerful manifestation recently and it wasnt until ater it had happened, and a 2nd part of the manifestation was due, that I realised that it was so magical, it scared me.This was a big surprise, and shows me what to go downstream about..actually getting something I really really wanted without doing a single process . It showed up shortly after thinking ‘I’d really love to meet that person….’ and then thought no more about it as we lived on different continents…however I will get to meet him in May .
I too love Florence ..her work and her name
    Zannie Rose

  • Zannie, what a pleasure to meet you!!
Congrats and thanks for sharing your effortless manifesting success story here!
I love how you bring the “allowing” energy to your work with animals.
Like-minded friends … mm!! One of my favorite experiences in life! 🙂

  • zannie says:

I think that it is a shared love of dogs , among other things that brings me back to you rowrk too. I used to foster dogs, and at the mo, help out at an animal shelter once a week. I sometimes do proceses on behalf of the animals, and have leanred patience about that one. there was one dog who was with the home for months, and eventually got re-homed on a barge, so had acres of play sapce and travel options too..it was just taking universal manager a little while to get his ducks in a row

  • I’ll say this, Jessica – at the time I read that book I thought the author was really “out there,” and from where I stand today, it seems pretty tame. lol
I don’t think she ever actually uses the term “law of attraction,” and I didn’t realize until much later that’s what she was talking about.
Tia – we’re ready to read that post now! Is it ready?!

  • Jessica says:

Yay! Books to read. I hadn’t heard of How to Get Everything You Ever Wanted by Adrian Calabrese, and it certainly sounds intriguing. Your list made me especially curious about your business name–I’d love to hear the story about it and where Lightworks Coaching came from.

  • Teehee – I’ve already done it though! On Facebook! And I tagged you in it too abt 1-2 weeks ago – did you see it?
Way cool to do it LOA style though so just for the brilliance of that I’ll do another one ‘take inspired action – coach T.I.A style!’

  • Looking forward to reading it, Martha! (I LOVE your blog and all your work!)
    PS – you’ve been officially tagged. 🙂

  • Martha says:

Hm. Maybe I’ll redo my FB version with a dog flavor. Very cool.

  • Deb says:

Thanks for the tag Jeanette! I did this on my blog and have found a very interesting side effect – my clients say that they now feel more “tuned” into me and have a much better feel for who I am!
It’s an easy way to give people “handles” to connect with you – I have found many Richard Feynman fans, Jazzheads and fellow Artists. Who knew?
So whether tagged or not, I recommend this exercize to anyone who has an online presence – give people a way to connect to you. 🙂
