Activate: Life Is Good

Vibration Activation: Life Is GoodAs part of our vibration activation series, this post is designed to activate the energy of the good life.

You can read the text below to get in the groove, but the best way to really own this vibe is to dial in on your own custom thoughts about what’s great in your life.  (Feel free to add your thoughts in the comments, since sharing them amplifies the energy.)

We know this works because whenever we find a way to feel what we want like it’s already here, it cues Universe to make it happen.

One read through should be good for a 17 second vibe activation, and that’s all it takes to make a shift.  All you have to do after that is honor inspiration (that is, do what feels good).

Here we go with activating the good life:

Every once in a while, for no apparent reason, it just hits me out of the blue how lucky I am to be here.

In this place, at this time, having the privilege of walking this earth with so many other cool creators.

To be able to enjoy even a small fraction of the gifts delivered by this planet – the beautiful skies and stars, gorgeous landscapes, fascinating animals, amazing food, exciting adventures – the variety of scenes and experiences this earth provides is absolutely astonishing.

And I get to be here for it!

I get to wake up every day and experience more of the joys of being here:

  • In this body that carries me through the world so well.   Thank you, beautiful body!
  • In this country where there are so many blessings to count.  I am so happy to call this place home!
  • In this culture filled with an abundance of entertainment and wisdom and other gifts.  Have people always been this smart and skillful?  They’re so fun!
  • In this time where we have more freedom and knowledge than ever.  How did I get so lucky?

I love the friends I’ve known over the years, and the ones still to come.   I’m happy for the relationships that have taken me to the heights – and even the depths – of the emotional scale.  (It was so worth it!)  I treasure what I’ve learned from all those who share their experiences with me.

I take delight in the music, the movies, the books, the food, the places, the people, the art, the four legged friends, the spiritual journeys, the dreams, the dramas, the challenges, the growth, the love … it’s soooo cool!

I’m thrilled to be sitting here, in this beautiful place, with this great company, cooking up my next adventure.

Even though I love it how it is now, I know it’s only going to get better.  It just keeps doing that – getting better and better.

Man, life is good.  🙂

It’s fun to see what other people love because it reminds me that my life is my own creation and that we all love totally different stuff! I’m grateful to find this post because I really needed the kick in the pants to be more disciplined in my focus. When I talk about what’s gone right in my life it makes me wonder how I ever have a “bad” day!
I love that I have raised five wonderful, amazing kids; I love that I have a loving relationship with my husband; I love that I am almost always at home; I love that I am healthy and that I never give up on my dreams. Of course my list is endless but that small amount was enough to lift my spirits nice and high. It even makes me love my big stupid dog!

I got laid off about a month ago.My worst fear ever is to not have a job!I am glad I have survived and my world has not fallen apart. My boyfriend has been Very supportive. My friends are great about my ups and downs. My dog loves me not working and would like me to never work again.I am less stressed and happier than I have been in along time.I am sure there is a better job for me,a job that is a better fit for me.The best part of this is how much more appreciative I am of life.I have a goal to make my life #1 and work #2 now .I never thought I could survive a layoff.
Here I am alive and happy .I am so lucky to have my family ,friends and dog .When I start working I plan on remembering this time and being appreciative! Now I get to go for a run at 11 am on a work day . How awesome is that!!!

I agree completely, Life is Good! I still have the day job, but I love coming home in the evening and working on my writing and my stuff. And now I’ve been tapped to work on another blog and two websites! I feel like I have four jobs but I love every minute of it. And people and events and answers are all falling into place. I’m in a wonderful place of allowing right now because I trust my “big thing” is on its way.

yayayayaya! thank you for this post today!!!! I needed that reminder. One of my FAVORITE things in life is connecting with people like YOU who understand LOA and keep their boats pointed downstream!!! I love finding ways to inject joy, peace, wordlessness, appreciation and LOVE into my life in the little moments. I love “clicking” into that place of wordlessness and just loving everything around me, no matter what. I love seeing my life as a magical, mysterious adventure – life is not a problem to be solved but a mystery to be enjoyed!!! I love the moon, starts, clouds, PLANTS, birds and rocks!!! I love to sense the energy underneath it all, to see life as a flimsy dream and not get to attached. Liek if I get angry or feel shame I realize: wait, this life is a dream – would I be upset if something happened in a dream? NO! I would just let it flow…curious and unattached to whatever crazy thing would happen next. So it is in this “reality.” I love just opening the door to every new moment and experiencing what crazy, absurd, beautiful encounter I will have next. THANK YOU again for this post…I needed to get back to my “dream state” so I can feel the bliss of nothingness!!!!

Great reminder by the way…to focus on the positive grace that already surrounds you!

Living in the southwest, it’s easy to find beauty and appreciation in the sky, palm trees and mountains.

I love that I am great at manifesting. I have been longing for a top of the line, bells and whistles – makes your coffee when you are sleeping kinda sewing machine. I had a specific one in mine. Some sweet soul posted one for sale on craigslist. Mine on Friday! Did I mention a third of the price that you would have to pay at a store. Did I mention I am so excited.
A little scared, a little bit of struggle manifesting because hubby is saying but we have so many other needs…BUT I am so grateful I am learning how to accept my manifestations, my gifts and my talent for manifesting what I really want.
Good to know what you really want – even better if you can accept it when it happens!

Jeannette: I’ve been sprinkling bird seed on my patio for a year now and it is one of my daily pleasures! The squirrels pounce on each other and sometimes chase the birds and I see the cutest tiny birds and a pair of doves and a pair of blue birds that I named Harold & Kumar. I just love it.

  • No doubt, Carly! Irresistible joy is right! lol
Lin, I can feel your high vibes from here! Thank you for sharing them in the post with us!

    Hey Jeannette,
I LOVE this post. I love to “work” on weekends… at least that’s what I like to call it, but it’s all play to me.
I love my life. I love my crazy-ass blog — thank you forever for your words of encouragement when I first started.
As 2012 winds down I have so much to be thankful for.
    Life is fr-awesome!!

  • Carly says:

I love pictures of dogs, especially when they are sticking their heads out of car windows. Talk about joy!

  • Some might make fun of me for this, but I’m sharing anyway –
this weekend when I woke up Saturday morning and thought about the day ahead, I realized how grateful I was to be able to work on the weekends. Remember how on a job you can only go in when you’re scheduled to, or when the doors are unlocked? I LOVED having the option to do some work for the weekend because it’s what I wanted to do more than anything. Work! It’s what I looked forward to more than a dog walk, more than a movie, more than shopping, more than connecting with a girlfriend, more than anything!
That’s my sign I’ve done something VERY right with my life that I love my work THAT MUCH.
And I’ve got another life is good story:
We just had our first snow of the season and the birds are especially enjoying the feeders today. I’ve spent a lot of time just admiring these beauties from the window – I love the sounds they make, I love what they communicate to each other, I love the variety of their markings, I love that it’s so easy to attract them to my yard, I love that I can identify most of them, I love that I found a great place to buy their seeds, I love that I’ve got feeders strategically placed so you can see them from almost every downstairs window. It seems like a silly thing – but I love it!
It’s yet another reason I know life to be SOOOOO good. 🙂

  • You know, Jackie, I was thinking this “life is good” post might be best done with pictures instead of words. I wish we could post pictures in comments!

Just looking at the photo of the dog makes me feel good.
