Activate: New Job

manifest a new jobAs part of our vibration activation series, this post by Greg Gibbs is designed to help you manifest a fabulous job.

Use it when you want to align with getting a promotion or creating new work.

We know this works because whenever we find a way to feel what we want like it’s already here, it cues Universe to make it happen.

One read through should be good for a 17 second vibe activation, and that’s all it takes to make a shift.  All you have to do after that is honor inspiration (that is, do what feels good).

(Share your favorite stories about manifesting new jobs in the comments to give this vibration extra strength.)

Enjoy the vibration of your fabulous new job:

This situation has been in the works for a while, that’s for sure.  I had my share of challenges when it came to getting work that I loved, but it’s all paying off now.

There was a time when I wasn’t sure things would work out, but it’s all unfolded so perfectly!  All I can say is it was SO worth the wait!

In fact, I couldn’t have asked things to turn out any better.  In hindsight, it makes perfect sense why things happened the way they did.  I’m so glad I didn’t give up, because …

… I simply LOVE my new job!  It’s like it was MADE for me!  I honestly couldn’t ask for more.

This position and its responsibilities are perfect for me right now.  It’s almost like I wrote up a dream job description for myself!  I mean, I’ve enjoyed other jobs before, but this is amazingly delicious.  It’s like Universe custom-made this one for me it’s so perfect.  There are so many aspects of this position that match my skills and experience.  What I also love are the aspects that I don’t know much about yet, but I am so looking forward to learning more.  Yay for more expansion!

And yay for the people I get to work with! It’s like they all tumbled out of my vortex!  Several of them it seems like I’ve known all my life.  We get along so well already!  There are some I haven’t met yet, but I’m looking forward to developing, fun, productive relationships with them, too.  Everyone is so like-minded here yet it is such a rich, diverse collection of smart, intelligent people from all over the world who “get it.”  There’s a strong sense of collaboration, respect, and support.  Not to mention appreciation!  What a great vibe this place has.  And who would’ve thought I’d work for a company that was genuinely interested in employee opinions and asked us about our own intuition/guidance?!  Miracle!

And oh my, I’m being paid fabulous money to work here, more than I expected and certainly more than I needed.  What a nice change!  Getting paid to do things that are fun, natural, and easy (for me)!  And the benefits are great, too.  Universe has outdone itself!  The bonus program, the training, the mentoring – it’s totally blown me away.  And  that I get to create my own hours?!  I’m in heaven!

The location is perfect, too, and my work space is better than I’ve ever had.  These guys love their technology, too – all the best tools are here to help boost my creativity and productivity.   Experts abound to show you what you need to know, all patient, kind, and happy to support.  Each moment I think it can’t get better than this, it does!

I have to admit, I do deserve this.  I did the research, I opened myself up to endless possibilities, I dared to dream and think outside of the box.  Most importantly, I did the “work” for this job, well before it showed itself to me.  I did the alignment and kept myself steady for as often as felt good each day.

I did my best to feel and allow my way into this new job knowing that Universe would do its part!   I played with the driftwood and the contrast it brought—I loved how that helped me to push the envelope and go for what I really, truly desired. No compromise.  It was easy once I aligned and allowed it.

I love my new job!!

Thank you, Greg, for a fabulous new job activation.  🙂

Funnily enough, I have been playing with my personal version of Activate: New Job very lightly and not at all seriously, and not even all that often. Last week Monday, my boss suggested it was time to get me promoted, the following day, a colleague from our corporate office visited our regional office, suggested how my role might change positively with a new technology project, and gave me a job description to play with!
So, I’m continuing to read my personal version and do the feeling work during the process! I know I cannot go wrong here!

  • FA says:

Well. This was a great post to “stumble” on to.. that’s in quotes as I don’t exactly think this was an accident. I LOVE this activation, as Tshombe pointed out, the depth-charge of feelings was significant. I’ve been at the company for 12 yrs, having only been promoted earlier this year with two significant raises. Money-wise it’s great. But I can’t escape KNOWING there’s something more.
Thanks for the activation because it helps me articulate something I was even too scared of thinking possible. Great jobs do happen, and now I fully accept this as a fact. Best to everyone.

  • Awesome! I’m sure the yoga helped them alot – that’s a good tip, will have to remember that. I don’t have any kid classes running right now, but sure loved their energy when I did! Might have to look into drumming something up, to balance the class I do with my senior ladies. Currently teaching only 1 class a week, really like to get more – we seem to have a glut of yoga teachers in the area (limiting belief alert!) Time to visualize!

  • Alexandria Barker says:

Sounds like a gas Judie! I love teaching yoga to kids too – so flexible! And you get to have so much fun with the poses – I’m sure the Universe will have something perfect lined up for you! Namaste!

  • Judiesjuice says:

Thank you Alexandria. I teach 4 classes to kids with behavioral issues and emotional disturbances. I was picking up on their energy- a lot- until I started wearing a black onyx necklace. It has helped a lot.

  • Judiesjuice says:

Thank you Jeannette! I’ve been teaching yoga to both adults and children but after a recent spiritual pilgrimage to India, I’ve felt compelled to focus on teaching kids. I’m already teaching 6 kids yoga classes a week but I want to add one preschool class to that mix. It’s such a fun age. Come on Universe! I’m ready.

  • Indeed, Universe is listening! What a great story, Judie!!
And I personally love what you’re up to with teaching yoga to preschoolers. How fun!! 🙂

  • Judiesjuice says:

I recently decided that I want to teach yoga at a preschool. I posted on Facebook and the next day an acquaintance (I assume she read my FB post) reached out to me because she was asked to sub at a preschool class but couldn’t do it. I guess I have to clarify to the Universe that I want a regular teaching job, not as a sub. However, the good news is that it gave me the experience of teaching at the preschool (it was the same school where my two daughters went to so I knew the director, the teachers, etc so it was an amazing experience). It also made me realize that the Universe is listening and that teaching yoga in a preschool is a real option. I would love to teach at this preschool but I’m open to all possibilities.

  • This article from Fast Company is a great way to feel the juice of perfect life’s work, too. Well worth reading!

  • Greg says:

We know as deliberate creators it’s okay to really feel the disappointment until it passes. Being open to feeling the emotion, allows it to come, visit, perhaps give you a message, and then releases. Know, too, that this experience was driftwood (near manifestation) and gives you the opportunity to get clearer, if you need to. My feeling is that Universe was doing a test run and it now getting ready to serve you up something better, and I’m holding a space for that! How much better can it get?

  • Katie says:

Hi Greg – just found out I didn’t get this amazing job that was brewing. I feel like crap. It was in the finance world but with a company whose basis of success was abundant thinking. Like minded individuals, it would have been great. I’m hoping to be out of this funk by tomorrow and maybe something even better will come my way. I think I’ll read your post again…and again….and again…

  • Greg says:

You’re a vibrational match already if this one found you, so have fun playing Scarlett!

  • Scarlett says:

WOW!!!! Just when I was slipping.. great activation and it “came” at just the perfect moment! Thanks SOOO much!

  • Greg says:

I love your story, Marshall, and love hearing that you are doing what you love, what inspires you!! And reminds me of a time not too long ago where I manifested a near year-long paid “sabbatical”! So much is possible :-).

  • Jeannette says:

Marshall, that gave me the biggest smile tonight! Thank you for your post!

  • marshall says:

I’m a newbie to the site, but I felt inspired to comment. It is great to see the LOA in action with true life stories from Greg, Jeanette, TerriC and Alexandria.
I have a different story, but hopefully, just as inspiring. I recently lost a terrific job. It paid well, had great benefits, and was close to home. But to tell the truth, even though it was a great job, I was counting the days until retirement. In my heart, I knew that there was something out there more important. I guess you can say I manifest my unemployment.
After being released–appropriate word choice–I received TWO better jobs. My wife opened a private practice that went gangbusters, so she gave me the job of taking care of our 2 beautiful children. This is truly a dream job: the hours are great; you get to play as much as you want; you get to take naps; and you get to experience pure joy everyday.
The other job I received from the Universe is something that I had meant to do, but I had always put on the back burner since I already had a good job. Now that I am free, I am going to be a writer. What a wonderful job: I get to be creative; I get to express my deepest thoughts; I get to share my experiences with my children, my family, my friends, and anyone else who wants to listen. Since I am a writer, I get to do research which brought me to this wonderful community. I am thankful for everything that has happened in the last year.

Katie….feel free to share it…when others can hold it and see it for you…it can only help things along!
Alexandria…you so have this in the bag! As to filling retreats and workshops, it’s so easy to tweak this post to what you you desire…the sort of workshops and retreats you want to do, whether given by yourself or with partners, or completely by others, the sort of guests you want to attract, the amount of profit you are helping to generate….it’s UNLIMITED fun that you can create! BTW, our Inner Beings seem to have an informal water cooler meeting gathering to scheme up the next steps!

  • Just left this message at Greg’s fb pg – thought I’d share it here too!
Greg, just read the ideal job post you did for Jeannette Maw, and what perfect timing for me! However did you know ? 😉 I’d asked the outsourcerers to help because I’m on the edge of a job JUST LIKE the one you described – even a 5 min drive (cycl-able in good weather) with their own private beach for me to lead yoga/meditation on. Fabulous! Just waiting for his official proposal . . .cross fingers! Going back to read that fabulous post again . . . Thanks!
This is what I posted on Outsorcerers:
Hello you beautiful outsourcerers – hoping you can help me with this! I’ve manifested a dream job opportunity – went through final (2 hr!) interview yesterday and am awaiting the official job proposition – I’m to be the receptionist/retreat program director & facilitator for a beautiful rustic conference center a 5 min drive from home, I can cycle there when weather permits. Gorgeous space, their own private beach. Pretty much tailor made for me from what I can see so far. So, 2 points with this I need help with:
    – I have no idea what I can hope to earn with this position, so no target number for my salary.
    – my job will be creating and facilitating a wide array of retreats ON WEEKDAYS – and filling them. He advertizes through the internet only (though I plan to get him some local freebie articles promoting this new holistic feature).
Now outsourserers, I have no idea how many people seek out retreats during the week. Isn’t that when most people work? But I want I want to lead tons of them, so in time can drop the receptionist aspect and simply lead retreats.
This is a chance for me to use all the holistic training and skills I’ve amassed over the past 12 years, and I’m really excited – but if there are no retreats, there’s no job. Haven’t even accepted it and I’m thinking job security!
Anyway, I have some energetic wiggle room as I haven’t received proposal yet, some powerful loving thoughts would be AWESOME! Thanks in advance!
And what I posted in the vibe-lifter forum:
Just have to share, I just had the most amazing job offer ‘out of the blue.’
A fellow who runs a beautiful B&B, who asked in the spring if I’d teach yoga to his clients if they wanted a class, had a much better proposition for me!
I’ve been offered the position of retreat coordinator/facilitator, I’m to create a series of retreats varying lengths & themes. Basically whatever I want, drawing on my skills (reiki, crystal healing, yoga, meditation, akashic records etc.) Four days wk to start (fine with me if it stayed at 4) Also doing some receptionist work, being a hostess to clients.
We have to sit and negotiate things like salary and hours, which will happen next Tues, but sounds fabulous! And would still leave me 1 day a wk with my little grandson, who I currently watch 2 days a wk.
Pretty much sounds like my dream job! did I mention it’s 5 minute drive from home? Beautiful setting, nestled in the woods? Chance to share all the beautiful wisdom I’ve acquired? And oh yeah – more money!
Anyway, been reading the good vibe activation for good interview, altered it a bit for good job – wrote out my version of ideal working conditions to read 2x day and visualize.
So as an update, that Tues interview ended up being 2 hrs, included an intro to other staff etc, confirmed I can keep my tuesdays off (so can keep my longstanding yoga class & my day with my little Kashie)
Currently awaiting his formal proposal – still don’t know the salary – bit concerned about what may happen if the retreats/workshops/classes don’t fill – trying not to think about that, and just revel in possibilities!
Final thought – thanks so much Jeannette and Greg for this fabulous resource!!!

  • Katie says:

I have something brewing now and I CANNOT wait to share!!! 🙂

  • Greg says:

I love that story, Terri! Great job on manifesting that job!

  • Tshombe says:

Wow, Terri! This is awesome. It’s amazing what happens when you absolutely know what you want and are in complete vibrational alignment with it. Very cool.
Hip Hip Hooray for being delusional!

  • TerriC says:

Right on, Tshombe. My kind of delusional – I know EXACTLY what that feels like and I love it! This post, and all the great feedback really gave me that whole vibe all over again!!

  • TerriC says:

Wow! Greg’s post is sensational…Jeannette, your stories really amped up the intensity. I feel like I am looking for something that doesn’t quite have a name yet, so I really loved the foster mom story.
I can add one experience of a past dream job: I was working in Florida with a five-person start-up team for an international company that wanted to break into the US market. I loved everything about the job and was really bummed when the job ended at three months because the parent company didn’t want to make changes. My boss told me I was really good in that particular market, and she recommended two West Coast companies that I should contact: cutting-edge up-and-comers in the industry.
The first company said they weren’t ready to hire; the second company called me back. Their nat’l sales manager offered me a regional sales job based in Florida; I thanked him but told him I was a marketing person and I was only interested in a marketing opportunity.
When I hung up the phone, my roommate told me I was crazy for rejecting such a great job – especially being unemployed. I told her they were going to call me back and offer me the head marketing job and move me to California. Delusional…you barely have any industry experience, she said. Five minutes later the president of the company called me and asked me if I’d like to come out to California for an interview – they needed a marketing director. I was offered the job a week later and moved to California within the month – an awesome experience!

  • Tshombe says:

Love it, Greg! AND I love YOU!

  • Lou says:

As always this is perfectly timed!
    x x

  • Tshombe says:

So, can I just say Job Activation post is absolutely fabulous? In fact, it’s the perfect model for activating ANYTHING….like, say, new clients!
I also love the way Greg really focused on the FEELINGS. You can really feel the present-tense emotional intensity. The Universe cannot help but yield to such command.
AND I love all of the evidence you, Jeannette, enumerate of the miracles that have been created out of such intentional, deliberate creation.

  • Greg says:

Indeed, Jeannette, dream jobs do exist, and I have had mine in the moment, but the next one, it’s just gotta rock and roll and light me up like no other! And, it’s a reminder, no matter where you are, no matter what you are doing now, constant, fun focus where you are feeling it now can only bring you what your heart desires.
Tshombe, can I just say (LOL) that you are absolutely fabulous for your comments! Thank you!

  • Greg says:

You welcome, Parul, and I am pleased that this is helping to juice thing up for you!

  • Parul says:

I’ve been waiting for this post for a while now and I LOVE it!!
I am in the process of manifesting my “dream job” and this helps soooooo much!
    Thanks, Greg!! 😀

  • Greg says:

Can I just say, I want that coffee mug 🙂

  • I’m going to say one more thing about that dream job. There aren’t too many photos I like of myself. I like the one that my mom took when I was walking in the college graduation line. I was so happy on that day! That’s a great photo to see.
And the other one I like is the photo ID badge for this job. I’ve kept it all these years, because I like it so much.
That’s how dream a job that one was – I LIKED MY SECURITY PHOTO!!!! Holy hannah, that was a dream come true job.

  • Actually, I’m going to add one more thing about that dream job of mine … at the time when I was realizing I needed to get out of dodge at my current place of employment, I thought I knew about all the jobs there were to know about in my industry. I had a very narrow field of expertise (with a QPA designation – you don’t even know what it is, right? Right. No one does. Except a small handful of people who work in it.)
Anyway, I “knew” of all the employers in my area who would have need of someone with my services. And I knew I didn’t want any of those jobs.
It sure didn’t seem like it was easy to go out and find a new job doing what I did for a living. There just weren’t many of them out there. And the few that did exist were highly competitive.
So … it didn’t look like it was going to be really easy for me to just go out and get another job. Let alone a good one.
Lo and behold – Universe creates a whole new department offering a whole new product at one of the most powerful banks in town. Maybe THE most powerful bank. Probably.
And they posted this job on – where no one in their right mind would hire for that job in that way. That’s a word of mouth job all day long. You know, the kind that never gets posted because people will flock to it just by hearing rumors that it exists.
They never needed to advertise that job. (In fact, when I left, I gave them three names of great people who would love to replace me. And who also thought I was nuts for leaving.)
But they DID advertise it. Right where I was looking.
You just GOTTA love how Universe puts it all together, don’t you?! Even when chances seem slim to none!! It HAPPENS!!!!
Dream jobs exist!! And you can land yours!!!!

  • I have another story that IS my own that I can share here.
Once upon a time I worked at a bank for a management team that inspires me to use bad words as I think back on it. I’ll refrain from elaborating. phew. I hated that job. It was great until management changed, and then it was living hell.
One day my new manager wrote me up because I offered service to a bank client. I’m not joking. I got in TROUBLE for answering a service call! I could see that they were looking to fire me. (I was the last in the department and they were eliminating the team while still charging clients for the product. Ugh!)
So that’s when I decided I needed a new job. (I wasn’t quite ready to launch a coaching business.)
I reminded myself why I was fabulous at what I did, to get the alignment in place before I started looking.
I logged on to and lo and behold – there was my dream job.
I am not joking you, it was my dream job!!!!!
    I couldn’t even BELIEVE it!!!!
It was like God wrote this one up JUST FOR ME!!!!!
I seriously couldn’t believe my eyes!!!
It was PERFECT for me!!! I was PERFECT for IT!!!!!
It had my name written all over it.
So much so, that I called over there and said you may as well have put in the ad, “Jeannette Maw need only apply” because that job was MINE MINE MINE. I told them that!!! On the phone!!!!
Actually, I knew someone in the department, and I asked him why in the WORLD did he post MY job on MONSTER?!?! I told him all he had to do was CALL – and I would have come right over!!!
He said he didn’t know anything about it!! (It was actually a new department – he really didn’t know anything about it.)
So … I’m not interviewing with people who know me. But I’m interviewing!!! That’s for sure!! I mean, this is my JOB!!!
I go over for an interview one day, and I’m not even that terribly nervous, even though I really really REALLY want this job. I just KNEW if anyone there was paying any attention at all, they’d know this is my job. I am PERFECT for it! I had the perfect skills and experience, and helloooo – I wanted it!!! No one wanted this job more than me!!
I talk to the guy who’s interviewing for it. We had a very nice meeting. It wasn’t fireworks or dancing jigs or anything, but it was a perfectly fine interview. And he was a great guy. I got really good vibes from him. Fair, honest, trustworthy, straightforward, respectful. I liked him!
And I was VERY pleasantly surprised to learn about the compensation package!! HELLOOO!!!!! I’d be making nice money there!! WOO HOO!!!!
And I sort of knew before they even told me that I would get this job. I just knew this was my job. I KNEW it!
Sure enough, although I had to meet the big wig before they made me an offer, that went fine, too and they made me an offer that was music to my ears. I accepted it happily, rejoiced in giving notice at my unsavory other employer, and enjoyed most of my time there before I quit work to start a coaching business.
    Dream jobs exist. 🙂

  • This isn’t my personal story, but I love it so much I’m going to share it here.
My good good friend worked as a receptionist during the day, but her true love was fostering orphaned animals. She had kittens, puppies, and even bunnies in her house on any given day. She was so involved in animal rescue that she got a very low paid job as a volunteer coordinator for a local nonprofit animal rescue group. (That’s actually how I met her.)
That was a step closer to what she wanted, but her REAL dream come true of a job would be to get paid to stay home and take care of these orphaned animals that needed round the clock care.
Long story short, she kept doing what she loved (taking care of those little guys at home while working her day job) and not too long after the rescue group decided to use some of their funding to create a new position: full time paid foster mom. They made it just for her. She didn’t have to compete with anyone else for that work.
She literally got paid to stay home and take care of orphan kittens and puppies.
How cool is that?! I know plenty of people who would have thought that was a pipe dream to get paid for that work, but she did it! And she was also exceptionally good at it.
    I love that story.
