Activate: Peace in Not Knowing

vibration activation: peace in not knowingAs part of our vibration activation series, this post is designed to help activate peace in the face of uncertainty.

Use it when you want to soothe the “freak out” mode when you aren’t sure what’s coming next or what you should be doing about it. It can help elevate a disturbed vibe when you’re uncomfortable not knowing what’s going to happen.

We know this works because whenever we find a way to feel what we want like it’s already here, it cues Universe to make it happen.

One read through should be good for a 17 second vibe activation, and that’s all it takes to make a shift. All you have to do after that is honor inspiration (that is, do what feels good).

Here we go in making peace with not knowing:

We don’t always get to see the road ahead clearly. It’s cool when we do, but sometimes we simply don’t know what’s coming next. It might be foggy, or dark, or sometimes there’s a bend in the corner. Sometimes we’re just distracted with other things that keep us from seeing what’s ahead very clearly.

And that’s okay.

Just because we can’t see what’s ahead doesn’t mean it won’t be fabulous.

It’s okay not to know.

There’s a way to be peaceful in this place of not knowing. In fact, it’s not our job to know, it’s just our job to feel better.

That’s all we gotta do. Find a way to feel better.

And that can be as simple as taking a deep breath – and choosing to make peace with uncertainty.

‘Not knowing’ isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes it’s exciting!

Sometimes it’s just what was needed to deliver a wonderful surprise.

Sometimes it’s what opens up to even more spectacular unfoldings than we would have imagined ourselves!

There’s power in not knowing. As long as we don’t let that shut us down with fear. To not know – while trusting that it’s turning out great – that’s a nice opening to give Universe to deliver something good.

Yes, it can be scary. And can feel awkward. But there is a way to be okay with not seeing what’s coming, instead of pushing or rushing or manhandling or trying to figure it out.

We can accept where we’re at, even when it’s unclear. And we can smooth the road with thoughts like: “Clarity is coming.” That’s a nice mantra. “Soon this will all make sense, and I’ll see in hindsight how it was coming together perfectly all along.”

I’m in the right place right now. Everything is lining up perfectly. Whether I see it or not, good things are happening.

All I have to do is pay attention for inner nudges and intuitions – and then honor them. My part’s easy. And I’m on board. I’ll know what I need to know when I need to know it.

Time is on my side. Angels are, too. I’ve got lots of divine guidance steering me towards what serves me best.

And I can even find peace in this place of unsurety. (Is that a real word?  I don’t know for sure, and look how comfortable I am with it! I’m better at this uncertainty gig than I thought!)

I know how to keep my cool even when I don’t see all the cards on the table. Because I know things are unfolding to my benefit.

Things always work out great for me … and I got a little feeling that this one is going to be especially good. Whatever it is. Because I’ve been headed here for a while … I’ve done my work … I’m right on track … and it’s all happening perfectly.

With that I can feel some ease coming. And acceptance. Even a little excitement!

It’s cool not to know for sure.  🙂

But I DO know for sure that all this is working out perfectly. That part is guaranteed.

The rest – what an adventure! Kind of like being in the tunnel where you can’t see what’s coming next on the amusement park ride. But I know it’s a good time. It’s how the system is set up.

I also know there isn’t just one path that delivers me to my greatness. There are dozens if not hundreds!! This can work out beautifully so many different ways – it’s like I can’t go wrong!! Just by being willing to be here I’m a guaranteed winner.

Life is good!  That much I know for sure.

Hi Jeanette, I always know when I go to “GoodVibeBlog” I will find something I need to see. Today was “Peace in Not Knowing” – and YES – unsurety is a word. I want to manifest something with a deadline and I am absolutely certain it is in my vortex. My feeling radar is telling me something is out of sync. So I went to the blog. After reading the article I had that Aha moment, that I want something a certain way and I am putting resistance in it’s way. When I looked down the road (just realized this) I was seeing all negative, nothing positive at all. How did I miss that? I am good now and in a Happy place. Thanks Jeanette for the help!!!

  • Evan, you are too kind. Thank you. 🙂
And Thai, we’d love a link to your new blog if you care to share with us one of these days!

  • Thanks for the kind words, Evan! As I continue to learn and grow, I have been keeping a blog on the subject. Blogging is something I have been wanting to do for a while now, just never had the inspiration to do so. Well the creative spark is now a roaring fire! Thanks again for being awesome!

  • PS: Thai, I was moved by your story, coming to this way of perceiving while serving in a war zone. You’ve landed in the right spot here, with Jeannette and company at the Good Vibe Blog . . . I wish you the very best.

  • I don’t believe there’s a better Law of Attraction teacher on the Internet, Jeannette. You have this on pulse ability to speak to what we’re all living.
And this quote! “I also know there isn’t just one path that delivers me to my greatness.”
I relish your implication of an infinitude of paths, each one juicy in its own right.
And that any path leads to ‘my greatness’ — someone else may not even see it — it doesn’t matter (hakuna matata!) — it’s your own version of greatness.
Kim, I’m with you — this is my favorite too so far.
Thank you for this one, Jeannette, I was in the peace zone a few sentences in — (and needed it) —

  • Wow, Thai!! I’ve got goosebumps reading your post!
It’s inspiring to see how your life is evolving, and I’m maybe even more surprised than you to hear they carried the LOA magazine at the PX! lol How cool is that?!
Thanks for letting us in on your party, my friend. Here’s to continuing growth and expansion and good times for us all!

  • My wife has has a very good grasp of the LOA concepts and has practiced them every single day that I have known her. Watching her struggle successfully) through daily life while applying the LOA to various situations, I became very interested in her personal growth.
Since May 1997, I have served 14 years in the Army in various combat arms roles. Three combat tours later I decided that, for the sake of my teenager’s social and educational continuity, I was going to separate from the military. The decision was hard, as I had been in the military since I was 18 years old. The Army was all I knew, all I was good at. I was getting promoted again, and with that promtion would come reassignment to another base. So I got out. And boy was I scared.
Subsequent to my release from the Army, I landed a job in Baghdad as a diplomatic sercurity specialist (read ‘bodyguard for State Department personnel’) and I felt back on track. However, as time went on I realized that this job was very transient and the longevity just wasn’t there. I crave security in all forms. Secure paycheck. Secure family. Secure housing. And I wasn’t feeling very secure.
After years of hearinging my wife talk about the Law of Attraction, Radical Forgiveness, and other ‘transcendental’ practices, I think I was ready to learn more. My mind was open. The time was now. I was done feeling anxious and worrying about the future. I was ready to live in the Now with my family and enjoy the present instead of fixating on the unknown future.
Things started coming together. I randomly picked up ‘The Alchemist’ by Paulo Coelho and finished that magnificent piece of work in no time. My perspective on life and my path ahead started to change. Next, Dr. Wayne Dyer happened to be on TV and I watched the hour long special. I DVR’d it and watched it again. It was starting to come together for me, and these events reinforced my positive thinking. I was becoming more conscious.
Nowadays I am working for a technology company in Bagram, Afghanistan. The other day I picked up Law of Attraction magazine at the PX (who knew they would carry it?) and I continue my spiritual growth with every article. I have yet to read the Law of Attraction book(s), but I plan to in the near future.
I feel more energized, more ‘In the Now’, and more connected to my wife and family than I ever have, despite the physical distance between us. I thank God and the Universe for this intervention at a time when I truly needed it, and I thank people like you who carry the message and provide blogs and books to guide people like me onward to a happier life.

Give Peace a chance! 🙂 As always, magnificent post. Such a wonderful place to come from….especially when we often don’t know. Living life from peaceful moment to peaceful moment(makes me think of Thoreau in Walden) is so where its at for me. As time goes on, I realize more and more how much joy there is in living that way, how much smoother my life feels even when things may not ‘look’ smooth, I am able to have an inner calm that makes everything All-Right. Life is Good, Word!

    Another great post Jeannette!
It reminded me of a time I told a friend, “I have no idea what’s coming up next! My life feels like a bunch of hairpin turns!” and he replied, “Good thing you’re such a great driver!!” Definitely was a vibe shifter for me 🙂
    Ease and flow,
    Julie Masters

  • Glad you enjoyed it, Nancy & Parul! Thanks for posting to say so.

    The relief…. 🙂 Fabulous post, Jeannette! 🙂

  • Ahhhhh…Activating *peace* with not knowing sure beats jumping to a negative conclusion or spinning on FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt)! 😀
Thanks for the vibrational reminders, Jeannette!
    Many blessings,
