Activate: Take It Easy On Yourself
Most of the time I feel pretty brilliant, but sometimes I’m a jerk or I feel like an idiot.
Which is not how Source sees it. Ever.
I know I’m not alone in that, so for those occasions when you’re beating yourself up …
… and when your best friend isn’t available to say the soothing things you need to hear in that red hot moment …
… here’s a little self-talk vibration activation script to get back to a helpful state of mind:
Look, it’s gonna be okay. Sometimes this happens. It’s not the end of the world. Do you really think you’re supposed to get it 100% perfect 100% of the time? No, that is not the idea. That was never the plan or the expectation. Worth remembering.
The idea is that you do the best you can with what you’ve got. Are you doing that? Right, give yourself some credit for that. And chill out. It’s gonna be okay. You get more things right than you get wrong, so there’s that, too.
And plus, who’s to say this was a mistake, anyway? Maybe it’s perfect … you know, one of those blessings in disguise. You don’t know! Just take it easy on yourself. You’re making a bigger deal about this than is helpful.
You had (and continue to have) good intentions, and that’s what matters.
So let the good vibes flow knowing that you’re human and you’re getting better at this whole game of life thing every day. Relax, girl, it’s gonna be okay.
