When you have a challenge getting aligned to a desire, eavesdropping on someone else’s vibe can help you get there. Just by reading the post you’ll activate the vibe!
Because whatever we vibrate, we get.  So when we purposely activate the energy of our desire, we become a match to manifesting it.
And vibrating it is as simple as thinking about it, remembering it, listening to someone else talk about it, imagining it, speaking it, writing on it – or reading it.

Is it as easy as reading a post to make it come true? It could be. At the minimum it will kick start your energetic alignment, which means law of attraction will bring more energy like it, and if you keep it up soon you’ll have new ideas, inspirations and synchronicities that lead to real life results.
All we have to do is focus on what we want and follow any inspiration – the rest falls into place.

Feeling Better When They Don't

How To Not Care What Others ThinkWe’ve all done it – made someone upset by something we said or did.
Or didn’t say or do.
Like when we didn’t say yes to the favor a friend wanted. (“No, I’m not watching your cat who attacks on sight. Get a sitter!”)
Or when we answered our sister truthfully when she asked about her husband’s behavior. (“Really, sis, it didn’t seem like a big deal to me.”)
Or when we refused to go along with the boss’s answer when the client asked for a realistic delivery timeframe.
Yikesy, some people can get mad at us!
But that’s the thing … we didn’t really upset them. They upset themselves and are just blaming it on us.
That’s rather normal, unfortunately.
It’s not accurate. And it’s not helpful.
But it is rather normal.
(I probably did it three times today myself already!)
Conscious creators in their right mind, though, know that we alone are responsible for how we feel.
Even though that can be tricky to practice. (In fact, I consider it a master manifesting skill to not give a rip what others think.)
It’s worth remembering when we’re feeling bad because of how someone else feels about us.
They might think you let them down. Or betrayed them.
They might think you’re a colossal idiot. Or the devil incarnate.
They might think you owe them. And that you’ve ruined their life.
They might accuse you of having no heart and being incapable of feeling love or compassion or empathy.
Here’s the thing …
… that’s okay.
They get to think whatever they think and feel whatever they feel.
That’s for them. Not you.
But if your well-being depends on their favorable opinion, you’ve got a big vibrational handicap in place.
Because it’s virtually impossible to ensure everyone loves you all the time.
(You likely know this if you’ve tried to manage their opinions of you before!)
What’s a conscious creator to do at a time like this?
Let them have it.
I mean – let them have it their way. What they think and feel is not your concern. And it’s not your fault.
It’s not for you to manage.
And it’s really cool if you can learn to not give a rip what they think!
It’s way more important – and powerful – when you focus on how YOU feel.
With that in mind, here’s a little script for feeling better when someone else thinks you’re the reason they feel bad.
Edit and repeat as required to get back to your own feel good when the rest of the world isn’t.

Okay, so he’s/she’s mad at me.
I got that.
And I can be cool with that.
It’s not my fault that he feels what he feels. That’s his business.
We’re all grownups here. He’s in charge of him; I’m in charge of me.
And I know how to be in good charge of myself.
I know how to feel better even when someone else doesn’t.
Even when they think it’s my fault. Even when they paint me as the bad guy.
I know how to let them have that, and still choose something else for myself.
Because I feel good about who I am and how I conduct myself.
I approve of the decisions I’ve made.
(And if I don’t, this is my chance to get better at it.)
I’m just doing the best I can with what I’ve got where I stand right now.
Can’t expect any more than that.
I know better than to try bending over backwards to make someone else happy. That’s a losing proposition. For all of us.
All I can be is me.
If they’re not down with that, they deserve someone else to get tangled up with anyway.
Because I deserve to feel better.
I deserve to know that I’m a good person who is being true to herself as best she can.
And all in all, I’m doing a good freakin’ job of that! Look at me go – not caring what others think! This is pretty cool to free myself of needing others to think well of me!
In fact, if there were awards for this, I’d probably get one!
And isn’t that what matters most? That I be true to myself? I’ve done the other routine long enough to know it doesn’t work.
What does work is for me to tend to my own feelings. And I know how to do that.
I know how to think a thought that feels better. (I’m doing it right now!)
I know how to take the action that feels best. I know how to focus my attention in a way that serves my vibration.
I know that I’m in charge of how I feel. And I know it’s okay to have a bad day now and again – they keep the system running! Bad days are great! They’re a must-have!
But if today isn’t that day for me, I know how to let go and relax. I know how to love myself no matter what.
I know how to feel better right here and now.
There are a lot of great qualities about me that not everyone sees, and that’s fine. I see it, and that’s what counts.
In fact, the better I see those great things about myself, the more I attract others who feel the same. And that’s a cool party!
After all, I’m a pretty amazing person! And anyone who doesn’t get that – they are not for me. Not right now, anyway. If they come to their senses about how fabulous I am, cool. If not, that’s cool, too.
Because I know. And that’s enough. When I love who I am, I don’t need anyone else’s approval. That is freedom!
So here’s to letting them sort it out themselves.
I’m not joining their drama. Because I choose to feel good. I choose to love myself.
I got this.
I choose to enjoy this delightful day in this exceptional life I’ve been given.
And so it is.

Getting Intimate with Your Joy

Get Familiar with Your JoyHow familiar are you with joy?
Is it a regular experience for you?
Do you know where to find yours?
Is it at the tip of your tongue? You know right where it lives, and have recent memories of it?
Which would be easier for you to name … your top joys or your biggest worries?
Conscious creators know the value of being familiar and intimate with what we want more of.
So with that in mind, and especially in light of the week many of us have had, let’s do a little focusing exercise today by naming our top joys.
In fact, let’s get calisthenic with it and look at our favorite joys in a variety of ways.
I’ll share my list so even if you don’t make your own, by the time you’re done reading this post, you’ll have joy activated.
But it’ll be even better when you post your joys in the comments. 🙂
Top Joyful Life Experiences

  1. Meeting Flamer (a stray orange long-haired kitten who found me on the balcony of my first apartment). It was love at first sight. I’ll never forget those big eyes locking onto mine when he first spotted me and made a beeline toward me with the most plaintive meow you’ve ever heard! He wasn’t my first feline true love, but he was one of my favorites. RIP Flamer, and thank you for all the joy you brought to my life.
  2. That time I walked into The Westerner with my work bff Annette to find the place full of Marines in dress blues for the Marine Corps birthday. There are few sights more breathtaking than that. Everyone should experience that particular joy. It is truly exceptional.
  3. Buying three rounds of drinks for every Marine in the place, and having the Gunnery Sergeant walk us to our car at the end of the night. It was a delightful way to say thanks for your service. 🙂
  4. The time at that same country bar when Dave Wakefield reached out without saying a word to take my hand and lead me to the dance floor for the last song of the night. He was charming, he was handsome, he made my heart beat fast! I had thought the night would end without any sign of interest on his part. Yay to be wrong!
  5. The time I went skiing with Jon Little, and I knew I would live and love again after that last horrendous heartbreak. Somehow, skiing on that slope with a super hot guy who was kind, patient and funny helped me find life again. Thank you, Jon Little.
  6. My first day of volunteering at the pet adoption fair. I had never experienced the joy of serving in animal rescue. I was instantly hooked. Just from scooping litters and walking dogs for potty breaks! Who’d have thought?! I never felt such joy and fulfillment.
  7. Walking the commencement procession for college graduation. It made me so happy, not because I was super proud to have finished college (summa cum laude, though, in 3 years – hello!), but it was being part of this group event where everyone was so happy. It was literally contagious happiness. I walked with my friend Joe and couldn’t stop smiling. So happy. 🙂

General Joyful Experiences

  4. volunteering at Strut Your Mutt
  5. watching the annual Main St Parade of classic cars at the Cache Valley Cruise-In

  7. listening to spring bird song

Top Surprise Joys

  1. making a new friend where you weren’t expecting to
  2. a positive exchange with a stranger
  3. (being a country girl now) the stars at night! They’re amazing! Just taking out the trash at night inspires awe!
  4. hearing an old favorite song on the radio
  5. making perfect decisions to experience miraculous flowing traffic
  6. picking the right line at the grocery store
  7. realizing I read the clock wrong and have more time than I thought!

By now you’ve thought of some of your favorite joys, right?
Those thoughts are worth dwelling on. Remember the details of it – what happened and why it made you so happy. Take every opportunity you can to relish the stories of your favorite joys.
It’s such an easy way to activate one of the highest vibrations!
You can even make a list of future intended (call them bucket list) joys if your past isn’t particularly easy to mine for joy. Or you can review our collective list of top joys we made last year.
Regardless of how you activate thoughts of joy, know that this vibration serves very well, especially when you visit it regularly.

Vibration Activation: Paid In Full

Vibration Activation: Paid In FullAs part of our Vibration Activation series, this post is designed to help you eliminate the debt and be paid in full.
Whether it’s debt you owe or money owed to you, reading through this script will help you give a new financial instruction to Universe, thus allowing your preferred reality to manifest.
(Because we conscious creators know that as long as we’re focused on debt, we don’t get anything different.)
Even though it may not be your real life yet, by tuning into the frequency of “paid in full” you allow it to become your new reality.
So steer your imagination to a helpful direction as you enjoy the feelings of being squared up financially. 🙂
For eliminating debt you owe:

You know what I love? The feeling of being all caught up! That delicious feeling of being debt-free!
It feels so good to have the bills paid in full! I don’t owe anyone anything! What a fabulous feeling!
We’re square!!
It’s so nice to feel that weight off my shoulders. To feel the pride and accomplishment of paying that money in full.
Not to mention that now I can do something else with money besides pay that old bill. I might start a new savings account! Or treat myself to a little celebration for wiping out that debt! Yay me!
Can I just say how much I love having a zero balance! woo hoo!!! That just makes my day!!
I’m such a good money manager. I’m so good at making the right choices with my money. I do what feels best to me, and man, does it feel good to get rid of those bills!
All square. Paid in full. It feels so good!
Here’s to clean money slates and being all caught up financially! I really rocked it! 🙂

For eliminating debt owed you:

What a relief to have that handled!
I’m so glad I can stop thinking about this and wondering what to do about it.
Such a load off my mind!
It feels so good knowing the slate is clean, and I am now paid in full. No one owes me anything. I love that feeling!
Who knew all I needed to do was relax about it for a minute, and forget about it for a little while?
It was so much easier than I thought!
I love how Universe takes care of it when I remember to stop sweating it. Yay me!

Activate: Take It Easy On Yourself

It's Gonna Be OkayMost of the time I feel pretty brilliant, but sometimes I’m a jerk or I feel like an idiot.
Which is not how Source sees it. Ever.
I know I’m not alone in that, so for those occasions when you’re beating yourself up
… and when your best friend isn’t available to say the soothing things you need to hear in that red hot moment …
… here’s a little self-talk vibration activation script to get back to a helpful state of mind:

Look, it’s gonna be okay. Sometimes this happens. It’s not the end of the world. Do you really think you’re supposed to get it 100% perfect 100% of the time? No, that is not the idea. That was never the plan or the expectation. Worth remembering.
The idea is that you do the best you can with what you’ve got. Are you doing that? Right, give yourself some credit for that. And chill out. It’s gonna be okay. You get more things right than you get wrong, so there’s that, too.
And plus, who’s to say this was a mistake, anyway? Maybe it’s perfect … you know, one of those blessings in disguise. You don’t know! Just take it easy on yourself. You’re making a bigger deal about this than is helpful.
You had (and continue to have) good intentions, and that’s what matters.
So let the good vibes flow knowing that you’re human and you’re getting better at this whole game of life thing every day. Relax, girl, it’s gonna be okay.

Vibration Activation: Passed the Test!

How to use law of attraction to pass the testAs part of our vibration activation series, this script is designed to help get to the feeling of passing the test with flying colors.
Use it whenever you’ve got some sort of exam, assessment or evaluation coming up that you’re feeling nervous about passing.
One read through will turn on the vibration of rocking out fabulous results, but feel free to expand the script or put it in your own words to strengthen the vibe even more.
You can use this for finals, college entrance exams, driver’s tests, custody evaluations, performance evaluations, etc.
Whatever you’re using it for, enjoy activating the vibration of passing the test:

Whew, what a relief! I did so much better than I thought I would!
I almost feel a little silly, now, for how nervous I was about taking this test. I deserved more credit than I realized for how well I’d do!
Maybe I’m better at this sort of thing than I knew.
I don’t know if it was that I studied all the right things, or if I drew from some sort of inner intuition to give all the right responses, or if I’m just way smarter than I ever realized … whatever it was, I rocked that thing!
Woo hoo!!
Feels so good to have that over with. Yay, me!
Time to celebrate!
And now I have so much more confidence for the next time I’m feeling nervous about taking any exam. Because I know how to start it with the feeling of success already in place, and that helps guide me to the right answers and the best results.
I got this!
In fact, when anyone asks how I managed to be such a great test-taker, I might even tell them it’s because I know how to practice the vibration of passing before I even start the exam. Or maybe I’ll keep this little secret to myself – who knows?! 🙂
Here’s what I do know: I know what it feels like to succeed. I know the vibration of doing well. And when I start from that place, I can’t help but get impressive results.
Yay me again!

Vibration Activation: Satisfaction & Fulfillment

Vibration Activation: Satisfaction and FulfillmentMany of us know what it’s like to want something and to strive for it. (Endlessly. Frustratingly.)
Some of us know that vibration so well that we keep our manifestation at bay because we’re not in alignment to having it.
If you’ve gotten really good at “wanting it,” it might be worth practicing “having it” instead.
That’s what this vibration activation is designed to help you do – turn on the frequency of satisfaction and fufillment so you become a match to having instead of wanting.
We can go about that two ways …

  1. We can imagine that our desire has manifested, and practice pre-enjoying that reality, or …
  2. We can find fulfillment in the things that already exist in our 3D life.

Either way, we become a better match to receiving what we want.
Let’s take a stab at the “having it” vibration with that second approach. Enjoy this little script to activate fulfillment and satisfaction in life as it is now:

Mmm. Here where I stand, as I look around right now, I see that life is good.
I see what’s gone right instead of what I don’t like.
I see what’s present instead of what’s missing.
It feels good to acknowledge what’s already here.
In fact, the more I look, the more I find – of ways Universe has delivered past dreams and desires. I am blessed in so many ways!
It’s funny how easy it is to look forward to what’s next, losing sight of the gifts already here. But as soon as I decide to see it, I recognize how amazing life is right now.
I can easily count a dozen blessings, and each one in itself is cause for celebration. My life is full. My heart is satisfied. This is enough. Indeed, it’s plenty already.
And the more I love what’s here, the better I get at receiving the next delightful things.
I am living a dream come true. Sometimes I lose sight of that, but it doesn’t change the fact that life is wonderful, right here and now.
In so many ways, I’m already experiencing what matters most. I know it’s natural to continue dreaming new dreams, but I can do that in full appreciation of what already is.
Whatever I thought I needed next in order to be happy, I was mistaken. Life is good right now.
My heart is full and life is amazing. It’s good to be me!

Activate: Weight Loss/Body Love

Just reading it once should get the vibe flowing. After that it’s just a matter of honoring whatever inspirations come up. Revisit as required to keep the vibe flowing.
Enjoy activating the vibration of weight loss and body love:

Is it just me, or am I looking especially fabulous lately?
My clothes feel a little looser, my body feels a little lighter … yeah, I think I’ve dropped a few pounds!
Maybe it happened when I stopped stressing out about my weight. Or maybe it’s because I spent more time doing what I love. Now that I think about it, maybe it’s that new habit I started not too long ago.
Whatever it is, I like it!
This is even better than I imagined how I’d feel as my weight started to optimize. I feel stronger! I feel sexier! I feel like I could take on the world! And look good doing it – woo hoo!
Seriously, check me out – how nice are these curves? This is what this body was meant to look like. Man, I look good. And I feel fabulous!
If this keeps up, I might have to go shopping soon. How fun would that be to have to replace my wardrobe? Ha!
But truth be told, now that I see myself in the mirror looking this wonderful, I realize it doesn’t even matter what size my clothes are or what the scale says. I feel amazing and that’s all that matters.
So whatever I’ve been doing lately, I’m going to keep it up. I’m going to keep focusing on how good I feel. I’m going to keep doing things I enjoy and keep thinking good thoughts about this body. I’m going to keep eating what feels best and moving and resting in ways that are inspired. I’m going to keep appreciating how good I look and feel.
Because my body knows what she’s doing – all I have to do is support her with helpful thoughts and inspirations. She lets me know what she wants, and I’m happy to give it. We’re a great team, this body and I!
Here’s to looking and feeling like a million bucks at this new weight in this beautiful body of mine!
