Pick a Reality, Any Reality

manifesting with multiple realitiesBashar says if you can imagine it, it exists.

He tells us that when we experience change in life, it isn’t that we changed the world we live in, rather we changed which world we live in.

Because they all exist simultaneously.

Abraham says everything we see is an illusion, and reminds us we can choose any illusion we want.

Quantum mechanics research supports the many worlds theory which views reality as a “many-branched tree, wherein every possible outcome is realized.”

Leading edge science proves our ability to alter the past.  And Einstein famously shared that “the separation between past, present, and future is only an illusion, although a convincing one.”

I don’t know about you, but that stuff trips me out.

What does it really mean?  And more importantly, what does it mean for us?

For me, it puts my biggest dreams and desires within very real reach.  Because on some level, in some way, it’s already a done deal.  It’s already happening.

It isn’t something I have to try to create or manifest – it already exists.  All there is for me to do is become a vibrational match to that alternative reality, and that’s what I’ll experience.

Which is why I’ve been investing in these realities:

  • I am a brilliant coach in high demand.
  • People rock!
  • I live in an animal lover’s paradise.
  • Things are getting better every day in every way.
  • The older I get, the more my body thrives.

and my enduring favorite: “Holy sh*t, I make a lot of money!”

It’s all happening – every possibility we could imagine – and it’s all within reach.  All we have to do is choose it.

What reality do you choose?

Remember, we choose not by ‘wanting’ it but by how we focus.  Through what we consistently see, speak, think, act and feel.  It’s the energy that we’re vibrating, or the frequency that we’re being, that dictates what we experience.

Just a friendly reminder in case you were playing small or making dreams hard to get.  😉

And hey – if you’re wondering how to pick a new vibration, that’s the subject of a new call series at Good Vibe U that everyone is welcome to join us for.  (Next call is this Thursday the 25th.  See calendar for dial in details.)

I agree, Jeannette, this is something I teach on my group calls and has been something that has differentiated me from many other teachers/teachings, I encourage people to ASSUME that what they want already exists and they are tuning in to the frequency of it.
That it’s not about ‘creation’, but affirmation and amplification of your connection to a reality that already exists, you are bringing it into physical awareness by your affirming of it. What you affirm you increase the probabilities of.
    Keep up the great work!

Hi Jeanette, really like your website name good vibes as I think feeling good is the key to attracting everything that we want into our lives. I also really love Abraham and Bashar they have the simple and practical tips to creating our reality

  • Jackie says:

Great post. I had a brush with a reality that I thought I’d never see tonight. It was as if I had jumped back in time and come out in a realty that was different from the past 16 years.

  • Jeannette, this is sucha good reminder. It makes me think of a call you did with someone (Sorry I can’t remember who)about m theory. It was life changing for me to know that I could just switch to the membrane where everything was already the way I wanted it to be. When contrast comes up, I use it to decide which reality I want to choose. 🙂

I’ve really been struggling with the fact that what I want to vibrate and my “need” to stay informed don’t gel at all. I have always ascribed to what you’re saying in this post and it’s time to get back to that. Thanks for another awesome post and yes, you ARE a brilliant coach in high demand.;-)

  • You are very welcome – thanks for reading, Carolyn!
And Your Inner Bliss, I’ve found it a bit of a challenge to really grasp the idea – let alone actually put it to work. But it’s a process, right? Here’s to engaging the process together!

  • I really identify with the idea that we can pick “whichever illusion” we want to live in. How humbling is it to realize that we are all living lives of our choosing, by belief systems of our choosing? I was thinking upon this very topic the other day- and wondering at how much my own belief systems have changed in my life on this earth so far. Sometimes, the change has brought me 360 degrees from where I was before! So if I can change my belief system so flexibly, yet believe it wholeheartedly each time, this idea that it’s all an illusion brings me right back down to earth (funnily enough). It’s the same for religion, culture, choices, social graces- it leads me to think we may need to find a bit more respect for the realities others are choosing to live by, since really, it’s all an illusion and we don’t know it all!
    Great, thought provoking post!

playing small or making dreams hard to get. 😉 ”
    Love it! Thanks friend:-)

  • That particular money mantra does a nice thing for me, too, Shannon.
Glad you got a kick out of it. 🙂
And Brenda, I know what you mean about how hearing those particular words from Abraham made the “big” things seem less “big.” Glad it was worthwhile for you to listen to the clip.
I’m intending those thoughts about how it all works and how it’s all set up get easier and easier to embrace. 🙂

  • Brenda says:

Thanks for the Abraham video, Jeannette. I love where they said, “Everything that you see is illusionary anyway, and the illusion can be whatever you choose it to be.”
It’s not like I hadn’t heard it before, but this time when I heard it, I experienced a visceral feeling that every potential desire, every option that I could imagine, is on equal ground – not one thing more difficult to manifest than another. I love it when that happens!
And, thank you for the reminder that everything I’ve imagined ‘already’ exists. Embracing that thought alone, or, rather, feeling the reality of it, juices my manifesting mojo more than anything. Embracing this idea makes me feel that my desire has already been accomplished. The work has already been done, and all I need to do is step it vibrationally. So easy!
Big appreciation for your post, Jeannette!

  • Shannon Shea says:

OMG Jeannette!! You said the one and only thing that has ever gotten me to laugh around the money subject. I could actually FEEL my vibration change (and it still is..I can’t stop smiling).
Holy S*it, I make a lot of money!!
    LOVE IT!!!!

  • It sure helps relieve some of the pressure or anxiety we feel when we embrace the big picture perspective, huh, Katy?
Here’s to honoring the inspiration to meditate to help get back there. Thanks for posting, my friend.

  • Katy says:

Very timely!! Coming off a week and weekend of feeling adrift, I had a realization this evening while meditating. Funny too as I usually only meditate in the morning, this evenings inspiration to meditate seemed to help calm me after a yuck day.
Anyway..I am still working on it all being an illusion..trying to wrap my thoughts around it…and feeling like if I get that, I’ll REALLY get it!! Also funny..I just finished the book Illusions today, and your blog post popped in just now. Lots of coincidences or what?? 🙂 Needless to say I obviously will be considering more on the entire ‘illusions’ concept. Thanks Jeannette
